What we do in this class:
In this class, we develop reaction speed, coordination, and control using Rebounder Drills — a fast-paced method that improves your ability to respond quickly and accurately to unpredictable ball returns.
Participants engage in drills that challenge both mind and body through constant movement and visual tracking. Whether you’re an athlete working on first-touch precision or just want to sharpen your reflexes, this class delivers performance and intensity.
You’ll work solo or with a partner, using the rebounder to simulate real-game passing, receiving, and reaction scenarios — all while improving timing and burning serious energy.
