What we do in this class:
In this class, we use resistance bands to activate and strengthen key muscle groups — especially the glutes, hips, shoulders, and core. These low-impact exercises are perfect for warm-ups, injury prevention, and building a strong foundation for more intense workouts.
You’ll go through a series of controlled, resistance-based movements designed to improve stability, mobility, and muscle engagement — all with minimal equipment and maximum focus.
This class is ideal for beginners, athletes in recovery, or anyone who wants to build strength safely and effectively.
